Behaviors

Sits on Verbal Command

• On left side of handler in Heel position

• In front facing handler

• One minute duration IN sight of handler on leash 

• All behaviors successful under MINIMAL distraction*

Down on Verbal Command

• On left side of handler in Heel position

• In front facing handler

• One minute duration IN sight of handler on leash 

• All behaviors successful under MINIMAL distraction*

Heeling/Leash Walking

• Loose leash training

• The dog will follow the handler on the left side the handler, change pace as needed, and when the handler comes to a halt the dog will also.  

• Focused heel auto sit when you stop

 

Recall on Verbal Command 

• On leash

• Off leash distance of 10-12 feet

• Sits on recall

Place Command

• Off leash 

• Off leash distance 10-12 feet

• Duration 3 Minutes

• All behaviors successful under MILD distraction*
